The Redress Support Service was established to remove barriers that individuals might face in their application for redress.
Redress Support Service is delivered by the In Care Survivors Alliance.
In Care Survivors Alliance is made up the following partners:
The Alliance was set up in 2016 as part of the Scottish Government’s wider strategy to address the legacy of childhood abuse in care in Scotland. It is fully funded by the Scottish Government.
The Alliance Leadership Team oversees the work of the Redress Support Service. The Leadership Team is made up of representatives from each of the partner organisations.
The Redress Support Service has a Delivery Team which manages the day-to-day work of the service.
Link Workers at Penumbra Mental Health provide support to individuals throughout the Redress process.
